They are highly regarded in the maintenance industry and bring diverse skills which drive exceptional outcomes for customers.
Director, Greg McMahon, has been working in the mining, power and gas industry for the last 12 years.
Much of his early training and professional development was done with a multinational mining organisation and included the completion of university qualifications in maintenance management. This exposure has provided an excellent foundation to substantially grow the MFE business, sculpting a strong culture of safe and innovative practices.
Greg is regularly on site providing solutions for clients and mentoring and developing the team. He is methodical and level minded, resulting in the loyalty and growth of both the MFE team and its customers.
Maintenance Supervisor, Carmelo Hendriksen, was raised in Chinchilla and started his work career in the region gaining exposure to the construction, power, mining and water treatment industries.
He is a qualified boilermaker who consistently strives to improve his education and knowledge skill set to better accommodate the needs of MFE clients. He is currently undertaking an adult apprenticeship as a fixed plant fitter and is qualified across a range of specialised tasks such as poly welding and scaffolding. Carmelo believes in being a hands on supervisor, to help with team building and passing on his extensive knowledge and safety standards.
He enjoys developing strong relationships and rapport with clients to fulfill the expectations and targets set for him.
Tyne Carlin has been working in the maintenance and fabrication industry since 2003.
After completing a Certificate III in fabrication engineering, he worked as a supervisor/estimator before moving to Chinchilla in 2013 where he became heavily involved in the oil, shale gas, CSG, mining, power and water treatment industries.
Tyne has continued to expand his skill set becoming a Level 2 NDT Technician and achieving a Certificate III in fixed plant maintenance. He has always had a very strong vision for providing cost effective solutions for the customer and believes safety, productivity and quality go hand in hand.
Daniel Garside has extensive and diverse experience in the maintenance and construction industries.
Daniel is a licensed plumber, drainer and gasfitter who before joining the MFE team was a civil foreman and construction superintendent on projects for clients including Leightons, Thiess, QGC, FK Gardner and Sons, Rio Tinto, Anglo Coal , BMA, BHP and Eaglefields. This has given him invaluable exposure to project management in all facets of cost, time, quality and safety management.

Vlado Ristevski (Mechanical Fitter) has more than 20 years post trade experience predominately in the mining and heavy industries.
As a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, his achievements centre around making significant improvements in plant reliability. He was also part of the successful project team working as a Civil Foreman on the ENI LNG Blacktip project. He acts out the meaning of “safety first” while providing cost effective maintenance solutions and challenging practices to improve efficiencies.
He rapidly builds excellent rapport with customers ensuring long term and successful relations.
